• joy: ħadūtā’ (חדותא or ܚܕܘܬܐ)

I tried to get the most common words througout the dialects. Note that the pronunciations are phonological to get the general sense of what the word sounds like, not phonetic. They would probably both be d’alāhā’ (ܕܐܠܗܐ, literally "of God") in my modern Aramaic dialect (and in Syriac, the language of the Peshitta). This is what they are in Syriac (an Eastern dialect of Aramaic), along with a very general phonological pronunciation. You might want to get them checked and double-checked, especially if you're going to tattoo them permanently onto your body:
