Kanji[edit]
麺
(common “Jōyō” kanji, shinjitai kanji, kyūjitai form 麵)
Readings[edit]
- Go-on: めん (men, Jōyō)←めん (men, historical)
- Kan-on: べん (ben)←べん (ben, historical)
- Kun: むぎこ (mugiko, 麺)

Uncommon spelling for the flour sense, possibly due to the ambiguity in reading and sense. For the flour sense, the 麦粉 spelling is more common.
