весь (vesʹ) and its various forms can be used both as adjectives and as pronouns. As adjectives, the forms of весь (vesʹ) correspond roughly to the English adjectives all and every. When used as pronouns, все (vse) means everyone, and всё (vsjo) means everything or all. For example,
