From Old Khmer rpiep (method, system; order, arrangement, organisation; style, way; regime; rule, regulation), from which Thai เรียบ (rîiap) was derived.

The adjective orderly can be translated as มีระเบียบ (lit. have order) or เป็นระเบียบ (lit. be order), e.g., เขาเป็นคนที่มีระเบียบ "he is an orderly person" and ทำให้เป็นระเบียบ "make it orderly."
