Phono-semantic compound (形聲, OC *ɡʷroːlʔ): semantic  ‎(hand) + phonetic  ‎(OC *reːŋs) – to grab with the hand and abduct.

Japanese form replaces 另 with 叧, yielding: Phono-semantic compound (形聲, OC *ɡʷroːlʔ): semantic  ‎(hand) + phonetic
