Trước ra mọi vật, muôn nước đều yên.
The commentary of Tuan says: Great indeed is the originating power of the way of Qian. All things receive from it their beginning, and therefore it governs the way of Heaven. Clouds move and rain falls, and the various creatures take on their forms. Its brilliance extends from the beginning to end. The six positions are established according to their proper times, and by riding the six dragons in each season, one directs the affairs of Heaven. The way of Qian transforms, each thing correctly fulfills its nature and destiny. It preserves and unites the great harmony, and attains Li and Zhen. It stands in front of all things, and the myriad states are all peaceful.
