Inclusion of entries into this category (4855 entries + 1451 entries)[edit]

@Suzukaze-c I recently updated Module:vi with a new |reading= parameter (See updated documentation at Template:vi-readings and example entry: ).

So basically, 4855 entries in Category:Vietnamese Han characters using {{vi-hantu}} can now be substituted by {{vi-readings}} using the following method:
{{vi-hantu|{{vi-readings|reading=

Also, can you rename the |hanviet= parameter to |reading= for the following 1451 entries in Category:Vietnamese Han tu? The Hán Việt readings of these entries are mixed up and may contain Nôm readings in it. I've excluded entries that appear in Category:Vietnamese Nom as well as entries I've already edited from the list below:

Once again, thanks for your help with the bot. If possible, can you prioritize the 1451 entries below? KevinUp (talk) 10:59, 10 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Extended content
@KevinUp: Sorry for the late response. I didn't have the time to look closely at this, because I wanted to tackle multiple hanzi-related matters at once. Does diff look right? —Suzukaze-c 07:33, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Suzukaze-c: Thanks for the reply. I've checked the proposed changes. It looks alright. I assume the last one which only converted hanviet= to reading= is for the extended list I've prepared above?
  • Here's an additional task for the bot: Removal of blank (1) kx=|dkj=|dj=|hdz=| (225 entries, [1]) (2) dkj=|dj=|hdz=| (687 entries, [2]) (3) kx=|dkj=|dj=| (225 entries, [3])
  • Also, do you think manual conversion of the old {{ko-hanja}} to {{ko-hanja/new}} can be done?
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=구|eumhun=|rv=gu|mr=ku|y=kwu}} to {{ko-hanja/new|구}} (67 entries, [4])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=기|eumhun=|rv=gi|mr=ki|y=ki}} to {{ko-hanja/new|기}} (66 entries, [5])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=비|eumhun=|rv=bi|mr=pi|y=pi}} to {{ko-hanja/new|비}} (63 entries, [6])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=수|eumhun=|rv=su|mr=su|y=swu}} to {{ko-hanja/new|수}} (55 entries, [7])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=조|eumhun=|rv=jo|mr=cho|y=co}} to {{ko-hanja/new|조}} (55 entries, [8])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=전|eumhun=|rv=jeon|mr=chŏn|y=cen}} to {{ko-hanja/new|전}} (55 entries, [9])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=유|eumhun=|rv=yu|mr=yu|y=yu}} to {{ko-hanja/new|유}} (54 entries, [10])
e.g. {{ko-hanja|hangeul=사|eumhun=|rv=sa|mr=sa|y=sa}} to {{ko-hanja/new|사}} (49 entries, [11])
These are the 8 Hangeul syllables with the most Hanja readings. Thanks for looking into this. KevinUp (talk) 11:10, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@KevinUp: diff.
re: the last one: ✓ I'm working with your big list first. —Suzukaze-c 20:34, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
{{{hanviet}}}{{{readings}}} is  Done. —Suzukaze-c 03:44, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@KevinUp: Do you want me to remove link brackets from {{{readings}}}? —Suzukaze-c 03:54, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Suzukaze-c: I've checked the bot's edits. Everything looks good. Amazing work done. I think we can keep the link brackets in {{vi-readings}} to indicate its legacy content (many entries still have incorrect readings).
One more thing, what do you think of renaming {{ko-hanja}} as {{ko-hanja/old}} for entries with multiple Hangeul readings or eumhun added, i.e. the ones that are not fixed by the bot here? KevinUp (talk) 11:42, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
re: {{vi-readings}}: Alright.
re: {{ko-hanja}}: Already done ;) {{ko-hanja}} has also been modified so that it can act as either {{ko-hanja/new}} or {{ko-hanja/old}}; and we can use Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:ko-hanja/old. —Suzukaze-c 19:10, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
